Research InterestMy research interests lies predominantly in systems biology. In my master's thesis I worked on an algorithm for PDB-PDB - Alignment using Fourier techniques on the sphere (see [Bajaj et al. 2012] in my list of publications). For my Ph.D. I am working on evolutionary cancer modeling. As this I develop mathematical population models and analyze those models analytically and doing simulations. |
