Research interests

I have a strong interest in the field of agroecology and more specifically relationships between plant and microorganisms.

After working on different plant pathogens (fungi and nematode), I have now joined the Environmental Genomics Group led by Eva Stukenbrock in Kiel. In this group, I work on the Mols project about the evolution of Agrostis capillaris' microbiota in Danish grasslands.
